Information for ContentEd speakers, chairs and panellists

Thank you for being part of ContentEd 2026. The conference takes place online from 4 to 6 November 2026. This page brings together guidance for everyone contributing, with separate instructions for your session type.

Check your invitation, planning document and any speaker agreement for your contribution, date and time. Programme times use Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Check the local date as well as the time where you’ll be joining, and contact us if your documents differ.

Your profile and session information

Check that your name, role, organisation, biography, photograph and session information are correct on the website. Send any outstanding requested details or corrections to your ContentEd contact. For a themed conversation, please make sure that you add your talk title and description to the shared planning document if it’s not already there.

Help us promote ContentEd

We want as many people as possible from around the world to hear you speak! To help with this we have provided for you:

• A promo image for use on your own social media, websites or emails

• A speaker discount code (provided separately by email) to offer other people 15% off ticket prices.

Please help us to spread the word about the event, and encourage them to register to attend.

Accessing the event live using zoom events

ContentEd uses Zoom Events.

We recommend that you install the latest version of zoom to your device to ensure that you’ll be able to access the conference live. Read more about joining zoom events.

Once you receive your invitation, follow the joining instructions in that email and keep it somewhere easy to find. Check the email address it was sent to. If it asks you to sign in, use the Zoom account associated with that invited address; if it offers another authentication method, follow that method.

Your speaker pass gives you access to the whole conference, so you can attend other sessions as well as your own. You don’t need a separate paid registration. Once your invitation arrives, follow its event-access instructions and browse the programme. For your own contribution, use the speaker joining instructions and check your session’s arrival time.

If you haven’t received an expected invitation, check your spam or junk folder, then contact Tracy if you still cannot find it (tracy@contentedlive.com).

If you can enter the event but cannot access your assigned session or contributor role, tell us the session name and the email address you are using.

Please don’t forward your personal joining link to someone else. It is unique to you and your sessions.
