No training budget? Banned from spending public funds on DEI activities? Let’s do this anyway…
Attend Belong conference for free
At ContentEd we believe that improving how the education sector approaches inclusion and belonging initiatives is essential work, not an optional “nice to have”. So, if the lack of training budgets prevents you from attending the Belong conference on 20-21 May 2026, we have a free scholarship place available for you.
Complete the form below by Wednesday 20 May 2026 to apply for your scholarship place at the Belong conference. You will be notified if you are successful ASAP.
Who are Belong scholarships for?
Belong scholarships are for anybody working in education that is committed to generating belonging in their institution. You are someone who stands for - or wants to stand for - equity, diversity and inclusion in all forms.
If you do not have training budget in your institution, then these scholarships are for you, irrespective of your role or seniority.
How many are available?
We are not limiting the number of scholarships. If you’re eligible, please apply. All we ask of our scholarship attendees is that they attend as much of the conference live as they possibly can and actively participate in discussions.
Should I buy a pass instead?
ContentEd is managed by a small company that operates on very narrow margins. We believe in this work but we rely on income from our events and ContentEd+ premium memberships to be able to deliver the training that we do - including many completely free opportunities such as our event scholarships and hot topics webinars. We therefore ask that only people who genuinely do not have training budgets apply for the scholarships. If your organisation can afford to pay, please consider buying a pass instead.
Can more than one person per institution apply?
Yes, absolutely. The more people that engage with this, the better chance of success you’ll have with implementing this work in your institution. Spread the word to your colleagues.
