ContentEd conference 2026:
Information for delegates

Here’s what you need to know and do before joining us online for ContentEd 2026.

When is the conference?

ContentEd 2026 starts at 9am UK time on Wednesday 4 November and ends at 9am UK time on Friday 6 November. The conference runs non-stop (with the exception of a few breaks) for 48 hours. The full schedule provides an option for you to see the conference schedule in your own local time zone.

Book your place

Haven’t registered yet? Book your place at ContentEd 2026. You can book using a credit or debit card, or by requesting an invoice to be sent to your institution (only with a valid purchase order number).

Look out for your invitations

If you’re registered as a delegate, you’ll start receiving invitations from the week beginning Monday 19 October 2026. These will give you access to:

  • Zoom Events, our online event platform

  • The ContentEd+ conference space

Your event joining information will arrive by email from Zoom Events. Invitations will start going out during that week, so they may not all arrive on Monday. Keep an eye on your inbox and check your junk or spam folder too.

Be sure to complete the registration process as soon as possible. There’s an authentication step involved, so don’t leave it until the very start of the conference.

Joining through an institutional pass

If your institution has bought an institutional pass, we may still be waiting for the full list of people who will use its places. We’ll add you once we receive your details.

If your invitation hasn’t arrived, check with the colleague organising your institution’s booking that your name and email address have been sent to us.

Bought an institutional pass

Please send us the list of delegates assigned to your 20 places:

  1. Download the delegate spreadsheet.

  2. Add your institution’s name and each delegate’s first name, last name and email address. Use one row per person and leave any unused places blank.

  3. Email the completed spreadsheet to hello@contentedlive.com as soon as you can.

  4. We will then add your delegates to the event, which may take up to 48 hours in the lead up to the event.

  5. Your delegates will then receive their invites to the zoom events platform and conference space on ContentEd+ (see instructions above).

Using the zoom events platform for the event
