Scheduling

ContentEd 2025 runs online, non-stop over 48 hours, 21-22 October 2025. The programme begins at 12.00am (midnight) UTC on 21 October 2025 - that’s 10am in Sydney, Australia. The programme ends at 11.59pm UTC on 22 October 2025 - that’s 4.59pm in Los Angeles, USA.

While ticket holders can attend the full 48 hours (and some will attempt it), we recognise - and encourage - the need for sleep! And so we loosely structure our schedule around three different “regions”:

  • Australasia

  • Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)

  • Americas

As the planet spins, our programme moves from one region to the next depending on where it is daytime. Between each regional segment, we will host our “Global Connect” sessions - a series of panel discussions that bring together transnational voices and perspectives on content topics.

To give you the best possible experience, our schedule is structured so that:

  • Every session is recorded

  • Every session runs twice (except for the Global Connect sessions) in two different time zones

  • You can watch all content on demand after the event through ContentEd+.

Remember, as a ticket holder you can join at any time. Want to do some learning at 2am? We got you. Prefer to learn after you bathed and put the kids to bed? Great, we’ll be running sessions for you.
