Speak at ContentEd 2025
Session submissions have re-opened
Closes: Friday, 1 August 2025 at 23:59 Pacific Time
What are we looking for to complete the programme?
You now have a second chance to get your session on the ContentEd 2025 line-up as we have reopened our call for speaker proposals. We have already populated much of the programme (see the current speaker line-up) and are now opening up for more sessions.
For this second call for proposals, we are especially looking for topics on:
User experience and human-centred design
Audience research, audience insights and content measurement
Content strategy at scale in large institutions
Inclusion and belonging
Content marketing campaigns with transformative and proven results
Content architecture, structured content and modular content
Generative engine optimisation.
And we are especially interested in speakers from:
Education institutions in Australasia, Asia, South America, Africa and non-anglophone countries
Underrepresented groups, including persons of colour and people with disabilities
Emerging roles and professions in the content space, including content operations and dedicated content strategy leads.
A note for vendors, consultancies and agencies:
You are always welcome to submit non-promotional session proposals for consideration for our programme. However, you may also wish to consider a sponsor partnership. Our platinum and gold sponsor packages include a guaranteed conference workshop or session slot for your company.
See sponsorship opportunities and guarantee your speaking slot.
Do you have a content strategy, content design or content marketing approach that you’d love for other professionals in the education sector to hear about? Maybe you tried something new on a big website redevelopment project. Perhaps you launched a social campaign that drove unprecedented results. Or you totally transformed your ways of working on content in your school, college or university. We want to hear from you.
We seek proposals on topics of interest to content, communications and marketing professionals in the education sector. We especially welcome proposals that focus on:
Content strategy
Content marketing and SEO
Content design, service and experience design
UX research and writing
Content campaigns and omni-channel approaches
Social media management and community engagement
Content operations, governance and stakeholder engagement
Measurement, evaluation and proving the ROI of your content and communications activities
Use of emerging technologies and tactics including AI, content personalisation, and much more.
Speaker proposals must not be a sales pitch or in any way designed to explicitly promote a product or service.
In return, speakers selected for our line-up receive:
A free place to attend the whole event
A small speaker honorarium
Discounted tickets for colleagues and friends
Speaker mentoring with ContentEd founder and award-winning speaker, Tracy Playle
Enhanced networking opportunities with other speakers.
Submit your speaker proposals today
Submit your proposal by Friday, 1 August 2025 at 23:59 Pacific Time. Don’t leave it until the last minute. We are likely to identify and announce initial speakers before we even close the submission process.
A note on co-presenting: We do allow co-presenting of sessions but we don’t necessarily encourage it. Co-presented sessions can feel disjointed, and we want to avoid that. We therefore ask that this is intentionally considered and well-planned. If you wish to have more than two speakers in your session, please email us hello@contentedlive.com.
