Share practical insight with the education sector content community

ContentEd is built on real experiences from across the education sector.

From content strategy and governance to AI, student recruitment and digital transformation, our speakers share what’s actually happening inside their institutions – the challenges, the progress, and the lessons learned along the way.

Closes: Friday, 22 May 2026 at 23:59 Pacific Time

What we’re looking for

Our 2025 programme was shaped by real-world case studies and practical insights.

Sessions explored topics like:

  • turning website migrations into content opportunities

  • building communities of practice and governance models

  • improving intranets and digital experiences

  • making content strategy actionable and sustainable

  • what’s coming our way and how to prepare for it

  • designing content that supports the full student experience

  • using AI responsibly within content workflows

  • creating more inclusive and accessible digital content

  • aligning teams around shared goals and systems

For 2026, we’re looking for more of the same depth and honesty.

We want sessions that show:

  • what you set out to do

  • what actually happened

  • what you learned along the way

  • what others can apply in their own context

Session formats

We design the programme to reflect how people actually learn – through examples, discussion and practical guidance.

Formats include:

  • Case studies – honest walkthroughs of real projects, including challenges and outcomes

  • Practical sessions – clear frameworks, approaches or methods attendees can apply

  • Panel discussions – multiple perspectives on shared challenges in the sector

  • Workshops – interactive sessions focused on doing, not just listening

Many of our strongest sessions combine storytelling with actionable insight.
