Closes: Friday, 22 May 2026 at 23:59 Pacific Time
What we’re looking for
Our 2025 programme was shaped by real-world case studies and practical insights.
Sessions explored topics like:
turning website migrations into content opportunities
building communities of practice and governance models
improving intranets and digital experiences
making content strategy actionable and sustainable
what’s coming our way and how to prepare for it
designing content that supports the full student experience
using AI responsibly within content workflows
creating more inclusive and accessible digital content
aligning teams around shared goals and systems
For 2026, we’re looking for more of the same depth and honesty.
We want sessions that show:
what you set out to do
what actually happened
what you learned along the way
what others can apply in their own context
Session formats
We design the programme to reflect how people actually learn – through examples, discussion and practical guidance.
Formats include:
Case studies – honest walkthroughs of real projects, including challenges and outcomes
Practical sessions – clear frameworks, approaches or methods attendees can apply
Panel discussions – multiple perspectives on shared challenges in the sector
Workshops – interactive sessions focused on doing, not just listening
Many of our strongest sessions combine storytelling with actionable insight.

Submit your speaker proposals today
Submit your proposal by Friday, 22 May 2026 at 23:59 Pacific Time. Don’t leave it until the last minute. We are likely to identify and announce initial speakers before we even close the submission process.
A note on co-presenting: We do allow co-presenting of sessions but we don’t necessarily encourage it. Co-presented sessions can feel disjointed, and we want to avoid that.
